The Art Station at Big Shanty
2050 Kennesaw Due West Rd., Kennesaw, GA 30152
The Art Station at Big Shanty is a converted residence and consequently has a very cozy appeal. But don't let that fool you. This arts center is just bursting with energy. Stop in to view the work of local artists, do some holiday shopping and sign up for a class.

The Art Place at Mountain View
3330 Sandy Plains Road, Marietta, GA 30066
I am most familiar with the Art Place as I took ceramics and glass fusion courses and also taught a few child ceramic courses. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. There are so many wonderful and experienced instructors on staff. There is a sense of community at this location that is something you don't find everywhere. My son enjoys a week of camp there every year and is exposed to both visual and performing arts. Plainly stated, it's a well-rounded, well-run facility.
The well-priced art courses include, but are not limited to:
The Cobb Civics Center Complex is comprised of the Anderson Theater and Hudgins Hall. The Anderson Theater hosts concerts, plays, recitals and other similar events. The Anderson Theater hosts sporting events, collector shows, graduations and other similar community events.
